"How attitude can beget a reaction. I wanted to literally throttle someone at one point! I was emotionally fully engaged. As a vehicle, it [forum theatre] allowed for wider experience to be telescoped into a short period. There were a number of issues and situations that in real life would have run much longer, but we could see them through quicker. So very real at the time. Total realism. The impressiveness of it .... Portrayal of 'real' organisational culture. It was excellent. As professionals, [actors] switching on and off .... One minute ranting and raving and the next sitting with us asking what they should do next!"
